I attend Florida Career College where I am currently studying to become a medical assistant and further my learning to become a pediatric nurse. I graduated from Michael M. Krop Senior High School in Miami, Florida where I was also a performing arts student studying dance. I have 17 years of dance experience including Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, African, Dancehall and Hip Hop. I have danced on tour with my Church, A Place Called Hope, and have done numerous dance competitions and pageants including Miss Jamaica Florida, Miss Broward County Fair, Miss Hawaiian Tropics, Miss Calendar Girl, and Miss Baby Boomer, just to name a few that i have won. I enjoy dancing, it is one of my greatest passions, and hope to open my own dance studio in the near future to teach less fortunate children that cannot afford to pay for dance lessons. The sponsors I chose to provide my costume in the Pageant are Fun Generation Mas. I plan to play mas with them this year whether I win the competition or not.. I can truly say that I am very excited to enter the Miss Miami Carnival Pageant. I have made new friends and have reconnected with a few that I attended High School with. September 20, 2009, is going to be the day that hopefully changes my life forever! I cannot wait to walk across the stage and represent not only my countries, but every country in the caribbean, because that is what being in the Miss Miami Carnival Pageant is about. Thank you to C.P.I. for giving me this great opportunity and thanks to all my supporters who have helped me along the way! God Bless. - Junae' Morales
